They are the same ones used by leaders inside Fortune 500 companies, designed to be simple enough to actually use on a busy Tuesday afternoon.
Tools like the 5 Voices, which help you understand how you show up and how others experience you. My background in psychology and public relations means I care as much about what's happening beneath the surface as what's being said out loud.

Here's what I've come to believe: a leader who has inner peace creates outer peace.
When you're stretched thin, reactive, and running on empty, your team feels it, and so does your culture. So much of my work centers on a tool that helps you pinpoint exactly where stress is quietly stealing your effectiveness, so you can do something about it. Not someday. Now.
My approach is practical, honest, and human. We'll look at the real stuff - your relationships, your communication, the way you lead under pressure — and we'll build from there.
A little about me
When I'm not coaching, I'm a wife to Patrick (for 25 years) and a mom to two teenagers, which keeps me humble and reminds me daily that leadership and love are all about showing up, actively listening, and be willing to grow.
