No one really prepares you for leading people.
You can be brilliant at your work and still find the people part is the hardest part of your day.
-
the miscommunication that derails the entire week.
-
the tension you can feel but can't name.
-
the sense that the culture you're building isn't the one you meant to.
And then another thought shows up:
What if some of this starts with me?
That's not a weakness. It's self-awareness, and it's where real change begins.

YOUR GUIDE
Hi, I'm Tina.
After nearly two decades in communications and marketing, and with a background in psychology, I came to understand something that changed the way I work:
The success of any team ultimately depends on how much people trust each other and how well they communicate with each other.
That realization led me out of the marketing world and into coaching. Now I help leaders build healthier cultures on purpose. Not by handing them a playbook, but by helping them see the gap between how clearly they think they're communicating and how clearly they actually are.

Why the Work Works
My background in communications, marketing, and psychology means I care as much about what’s happening beneath the surface as what’s being said out loud. Most leadership struggles aren’t strategy problems. They’re people problems. I’m trained in practical, visual leadership tools that give people real language for what they’re experiencing and authentic steps forward.
Two of the most powerful tools are:
The 5 Voices
Every person communicates differently. The 5 Voices framework helps you understand exactly how you show up and how others experience you. Leaders who learn their Voice Order and their team's Voice Orders often say it’s the first time they’ve understood why particular conversations and expectations are frustrating. The 5 Voices become a common language that builds trust and fosters better understanding among your colleagues.

The Peace Index
Stress doesn’t stay hidden. It leaks into the way you lead, how you communicate, and how your team feels when they’re around you. The Peace Index is a tool that helps you pinpoint exactly where your stress is coming from and stealing your effectiveness. Once you identify the main area, you can do something about it - now.

Beyond the Work
I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, baking, and even, cleaning. I’m a wife to Patrick for 25 years and am a mom to two teenagers, which keeps me humble on a daily basis.
Parenting teenagers has a way of making every leadership lesson feel very, very personal. Beint present. Actively listening before responding. Being willing to look honestly at yourself even when it’s uncomfortable. The things that make someone a good leader and a good parent aren’t that different. It’s all about being intentional, staying curious, and choosing growth over comfort even during the hard moments.
